Praesidium Law Named to ASU Sun Devil 100 List
Louis A. Silverman, attorney at Praesidium Law, has been named to the prestigious Sun Devil 100 Class of 2026, which is sponsored by the Arizona State University Alumni Association. Lou, as he is known to most, was honored at the awards celebration at Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU on April 24.
The Sun Devil 100 celebrates the achievements of degreed ASU alumni who own or lead businesses across the globe. Spanning industries and locations, the university has an impressive history of entrepreneurship and leadership from its students and alumni, and the Sun Devil 100 awards program invites these innovative leaders back to campus for a celebration in their honor.
Praesidium Law – now with offices in Chandler, Tempe, and Queen Creek – was founded in 2024 following the acquisition of Silverman Law Offices by Bernard Justice Johnsen Law, PLLC. Founder and Managing Attorney Bernard Johnsen, attorney Lou Silverman, and the rest of the Praesidium Law team provide families and business owners in Arizona with dynamic, proactive legal services in the areas of:

Lou Silverman
Lou Silverman graduated from ASU in 1975 with a degree in Real Estate. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Lou has been practicing law in Arizona for 45 years. For the past 20+ years, Lou has focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate law. In 2015, Lou became board-certified in estate and trust law by the State Bar of Arizona with the accreditation of “Certified Specialist in Estate and Trust Law.”
The Sun Devil 100 Class of 2026
The Sun Devil 100 Class of 2026 includes 225 honorees, representing 162 companies that collectively reported a total revenue of $74.9billion for the 2024 fiscal year. These companies employ nearly 219,000 full-time professionals across 15 states and three countries. Of the businesses, 125 are based in Arizona, while 34 are out of state. The cohort holds representatives from 13 ASU colleges with a total of 273 degrees. Notably, 67 honorees are being recognized for the first time, and eight have been honored for 10 or more years.
To be considered for the Sun Devil 100, companies must be ASU alumni-owned or led, have been in business for at least three years, have revenues of $250,000+ for the past three years, and operate in a manner consistent with the ASU Charter.
