Elizabeth M. Best
Attorney
Professional Background
After obtaining her bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona, Elizabeth Best decided to test the waters in the legal field by obtaining her paralegal certificate from New York University. Elizabeth worked for a year at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in the Special Crimes Bureau as a paralegal and decided to further her education by going to law school. Elizabeth went to Southwestern University in Los Angeles and completed their intensive SCALE program, where she graduated in two years instead of the typical three.
After law school, Elizabeth moved back to Arizona and began working at a real estate law firm, where she gained experience in litigation, business and real estate transactional work, and estate planning. After several years, Elizabeth decided she wanted to narrow her focus to estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
Personal Background
Elizabeth is a native Arizonian, born and raised in the Phoenix area. Despite moving away several times, she has always found her way back home. Thankfully, she has family in upstate New York and a place to escape the heat during the summer.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family, especially her siblings. She loves travelling and exploring new places, both inside and outside of the United States. Elizabeth also enjoys watching true crime, going to concerts and travelling around the world.
